TOKIYA SAKBA has been an enthusiastic contributor to the scene since the nascent days of the Internet, especially on image boards. ソリッドなキャラクターとグラフィックをクロスオーバーさせた作風で近未来的な世界観を描くイラストレーター。「LORD of VERMILION」（株式会社スクウェア・エニックス）や「ポケモンカードゲーム」（株式会社ポケモン）をはじめ、CDジャケット、誌面ピンナップ、コンシューマーゲーム用デザインなどを数多く手がける。「ミラージュドラグーン」では、キャラクターデザイン、イラスト、世界観原案を担当。
KAI-YOU inc. CEO. 1986年生まれ。法政大学文学部日本文学科卒業。出版社での書籍編集業務や、大手SNS運営会社でWeb／コミュニティディレクター等を経験し、2011年にKAI-YOU inc. を創業。2013年にKAI-YOU.netをリリース。様々なポップカルチャーに関連するプランニングやマーケティング、プロデュースを行う。編集記者としては、インターネットやストリートなどで発生するUGCやアマチュア文化に強い関心を持ち、ジャンルレスに取材・編集・研究を行う。
